About MindStoa
What is this?
MindStoa is for when your thoughts are too loud and you need something to hold onto. It takes the best of what ancient thinkers and modern therapists have learned — and turns it into something you can actually use.
No jargon. No academic language. Just clear, practical ideas that have helped people stay steady for thousands of years. It draws from three main sources: Stoic philosophy (the ancient practice of focusing on what you can control), CBT (the science of how your thoughts shape your experience), and ACT (the skill of moving forward even when it's uncomfortable).
Whether you're struggling with intolerance of uncertainty, catastrophising, cognitive fusion (getting stuck in your thoughts), perfectionism, or the exhausting need for constant reassurance — MindStoa gives you principles you can actually apply, not generic platitudes.
Why "MindStoa"?
MindStoa combines "mind" and "Stoa" (the Greek portico where Stoics taught) — it's a meeting place between modern psychology and ancient wisdom. A place to stand when things feel unsteady. When everything feels shaky, these principles bring you back to what is yours to work with.
